Headache Relief Tea

Head feeling achy? Brew up a cup of this tea for some help relieving the pain. Makes 10 cups of tea.

Ingredients include: Lemon balm (Melissa officinale), spearmint(Mentha spicatum), feverfew (Tanecetum parthenium), lavender (Lavandula), chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), holy basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum), St. John’s Wort(Hypericum perforation), yarrow flowers(Achilles millefolium), ashwagandha(Withania somnifera).
